Prices
All products offered on the website are available for purchase in Metropolitan France, Corsica, Monaco, countries of the European Union and Switzerland. All prices on the website are indicated in euros (€) including taxes, but do not include packaging and postage.
Orders
When you confirm your order by clicking on the “Confirm your order” button, you acknowledge acceptance of this confirmation and these General Terms of Sale, fully and without reserve. You can print your order form. Once your order has been registered, a detailed order receipt is sent to your email address. This receipt specifies the exact amount invoiced and delivery terms for your order. This receipt implies acceptance of your order and validates the transaction.
Product availability
Products are offered subject to available stock. If despite our diligence, products are temporarily unavailable after your order has been made, we shall inform you of such by email. To cancel or modify your order, please send an email to [email protected].
Payment
Payment is due at time of order. Usuri.fr does not provide a payment on delivery service.
Payment for online purchases is exclusively in euros (€) and can be made by cheque, credit card, money order or bank transfer.

Your order will be processed upon receipt of your payment.
Please be aware that we only accept cheques in euros (€) drawn from banks in France or Monaco.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, delivery is made to the address provided when you order. Your package will be sent within 3 working days (Monday to Friday), from receipt of your payment.
Packaging is invoiced additionally; cost depends on the destination country. USURI reserves the right to invoice postage costs for orders below a certain amount. This amount is 150 euros (may be modified without notice). Postage costs are specified on the website before the order confirmation page.
We mainly use the Colissimo service for delivery purposes. Colissimo Suivi is a fast and very reliable service. However, as with any delivery, there can be delays or packages can be mislaid. If your package is late and has not arrived by the date indicated by us on the ‘order sent’ email, please report the delay by email to: [email protected]. We will contact the postal service to launch an enquiry. Postal enquiries can take up to 21 days from the enquiry start date.
If the package is found during these 21 days, it will be immediately forwarded to your delivery address (as happens in the majority of cases). If, however, the package is not found within the 21 days, the postal service considers the package to be lost. Only at this time can we send you a replacement product, at our expense.
We decline any responsibility for longer delivery times due to the carrier, particularly in the case of mislaid packages or postal strikes.
Delivery issues due to carrier
Customers are asked to check the condition of packaging upon delivery.
Any anomaly regarding delivery (damage, missing product(s), damaged package, broken product(s), etc.) must be detailed and handwritten on the delivery form, along with the customer’s signature. Customers must confirm this anomaly by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt stating claims to the carrier, within two (2) working days following date of delivery.

Returns and refunds:
Money back guarantee: If despite our efforts, you are not fully satisfied with an item, please return it to us in its original packaging within 15 days of receipt. Return costs are at your expense, unless you are returning a product due to an error on our part. Products must be returned complete, in good condition and in their original packaging to the following address:

Refunds are made within a period less than or equal to 15 days after receipt of the products by us.
Retention of title
Products remain the sole property of “usuri.fr” until full payment of the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom we have a dispute over payment of a previous order.

“usuri.fr” commits to protecting the personal and confidential information you provide us when registering or placing an order.
